Welcome to YouthTeamHQ! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application and services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on YouthTeamHQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register.

2. Use of the Service

YouthTeamHQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal team management purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Misuse the service in any way that could impair its functionality or interfere with other users' ability to use the service.

3. User-Generated Content

A. Coach and Team Data

You (the Coach, Club Administrator, or Parent) are the "Data Controller" for the personal data of players you add to the platform, such as names, statistics, and images. By adding this information, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from parents or legal guardians to do so, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

B. Drill and Formation Designs

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the drills, formations, and other tactical content you create ("Your Content"). By **explicitly choosing to make Your Content public** (e.g., by submitting a drill to the public library), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content as part of providing the service.

C. Uploaded Images

You are solely responsible for the images you upload, including club crests and player profile pictures. You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to use these images and that they do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are offered on both a free and a paid subscription basis ("Premium"). All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms of service.

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Free Trials: We may offer free trials for our Premium plans. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us. You may also delete your account at any time by following the instructions in our Data Deletion policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YouthTeamHQ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthTeamHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
