When you use YouthTeamHQ, you may provide the following information:

- Email address
- Password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing techniques)
Team and Content Data
In order to provide our services, you may input:
- Team names
- Player names
- Fixture details (e.g., match dates, opponents)
- Training session information
- Post Codes/General Location
Automatically Collected Data
We may automatically collect:
- Device tokens to enable push notifications
2. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information (such as email addresses) from children under 13 for the purpose of account creation. All user accounts must be created by an individual aged 18 or older.
Coaches and Team Administrators may input information about players who are under the age of 18, such as their names and statistics, as part of the team management functionality. In this context:
- YouthTeamHQ acts as a "Data Processor" for this player information.
- The Coach or Team Administrator acts as the "Data Controller."
As the Data Controller, the Coach or Team Administrator is responsible for obtaining the necessary, verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before adding any personal information about a child to our platform, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the core functionality of the app
- Authenticate users and manage user accounts
- Send important service notifications and alerts, including match reminders and team announcements
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
However, we do use trusted third-party services to operate certain features of the app:
Payment Processing
We use Stripe to handle subscription payments. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more details.
Push Notifications
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
